Online Warranty Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you love your BOHO maternity wear design. However, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly assist you to choose something from our range. Simply fill in the Return Authorisation Form included in with your purchase and post back with the item(s) you wish to return. All items returned for an exchange must be received in the same care and condition as they were delivered. That is, in the original packaging with labels intact, the item unused and/or unworn. Your original receipt must accompany the returned item and additional delivery charges for the exchange will be charged accordingly. The original postage and handling charges are non-refundable. Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Returns should be well- packed and we recommend it be sent via a traceable method.

Please check your email within 1-2 working days as you will receive a personal email from us if we have any questions or issues regarding your order.
Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received.
Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched on the next business day by Australia Post- Express, providing your chosen garment items are in stock and a tracking number for each order will be recorded. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
(It depends on the delivery address).
BOHO MAMA® Funky Maternity Wear recommend that you provide us with a daytime delivery address where someone can be available to accept your parcel. In some cases a signature will be required. If no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery a notice card will be left in your letterbox notifying you of the attempted delivery. It will provide instructions of how you can collect from your closest post office or of re-delivery. The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight of your maternity wear purchase. Please refer to the cost of shipping below.
Even though we send using Express Post, please remember that Australia Post does not deliver on weekends or public holidays and that we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time once your articles have been posted to you.
We offer a flat rate delivery charge of $10.00 on retail purchases to be sent within Australia.

Paying for your maternity wear by PayPal is not only safe and secure, but it allows us to process and dispatch your BOHO MAMA® maternity wear much faster and more efficiently. PayPal payments are usually approved immediately.
VISA & M/C Payments:
We currently use a portable eftpos machine to take credit card payments.
If you choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard, your order will be processed and we will contact you either by telephone or email to process the payment directly with you. Your receipt will be stapled to your paid BOHO MAMA® invoice.
Eftpos payments to BOHO MAMA® Maternity Wear can only be made in person. We only use this form of payment when we are retailing on the road. ie: Trade Shows & Expos, Pop Up Stores, BOHO MAMA® Showings and Demonstrations...

Orders are dispatched from the BOHO MAMA® Travel Wear and Maternity Wear Distribution Centre on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please see the deadlines below for both days.
We prefer to use TOLL IPEC for large orders however if you have a preference for another carrier please feel free to discuss with us.
Orders placed on:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday before 9am will be dispatched on Thursday morning.
Wednesday after 9am will be dispatched the following Monday.
Thursday & Friday will be dispatched Monday morning.
Generally, delivery will take between 7-20 working days. We deliver via air mail. If no one is available to accept your parcel on delivery, local postal guidelines will apply. All prices are in $AUD. Please do not provide a PO Box address as they will not be accepted. The prices within the on-line store do not include any relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. Please note that once your parcel is shipped, BOHO MAMA cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to things beyond our control.(Example: unusual weather conditions, strikes and natural disasters.)
